Licence Conditions for mope Wallpapers
1. Rights of Use

When you purchase a mope phone case, you will receive a digital wallpaper ("mope Wallpaper") as a bonus.

You receive a simple, non-transferable and non-exclusive right of use for private use.

The wallpapers may only be used as background images on your own devices (smartphone, tablet, laptop, etc.).
2. Restrictions

No Distribution: It is not permitted to pass on, give away, upload, or make the wallpapers publicly available to third parties.

No Commercial Use: Use for commercial purposes (e.g., sale, merchandising, marketing, advertising) is prohibited.

No Editing: The wallpapers may not be altered, edited or distributed in a modified form.
3. Copyright

All rights to the wallpapers belong to mope.

By downloading, you do not acquire any ownership rights, but merely a limited right of use.
4. Liability

mope assumes no liability for damages arising from the use of the wallpapers.

Use is at your own risk.
5. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

The place of jurisdiction is Düsseldorf, insofar as legally permissible.
